This tablescape is from a couple of years ago but it is still one of my favorite ideas. For this setup, rather than using place cards I used a roll of craft paper and a white sharpie paint pen. I wrote the guest name first sort of centered and than drew the lines around the charger. Some pumpkins, battery operated tea lights, and fresh flowers completed the look. I don’t like tall arrangements on my table because it annoys me when I can’t see everyone on the other side of the table ☺️.

Name Card Printed on Gold Cardstock

Thanksgiving Table Ideas

These name cards were printed on a Reflections Rose Gold Cardstock that I purchased from Michaels. The template was a free download from Bloom Designs that I found here. And I just basically printed them out on my inkjet printer. The most important thing is to let them dry out for a long time so you don’t smudge them when you’re cutting them. They were a favorite at our table and looked pretty combined with the charges and plaid placemats.

Family Photos for Guests Seats

This idea was from a gallery on the Country Living website with ideas for place cards and it was definitely my favorite. Use family pictures at each setting to guide guests to their seats. What I love about this is it can be a fun time for everyone to reminisce about old family photos.

Eucalyptus Garland

This tablescape from @hortonlane_ on IG was also featured in Good Housekeeping. I love the simple and clean look of this setup and plan to incorporate pieces into my table this year for sure. The white pumpkins with the beautiful eucalyptus garland and burlap have a rustic yet comfy vibe that I love.
